Michael H. Volkert
Founder
Michael H. Volkert is a former U.S. Army Green Beret with over a decade of experience in security operations, risk management, and emergency medicine. He earned his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and now advises organizations and private clients on cybersecurity risks and emerging AI threats.
He leads all client engagements and works with a carefully vetted network of senior specialists drawn from federal law enforcement and U.S. Special Operations backgrounds. IRTT’s work emphasizes discretion, rigorous assessment, and practical solutions designed for real-world conditions.
