About Founder
Michael H. Volkert
Founder
Michael H. Volkert is a former U.S. Army Green Beret with over a decade of experience in security operations, protective services, and emergency medicine. Following his military service, he earned an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and transitioned his operational background into advisory and training work.
He leads all client engagements, working alongside a carefully vetted network of senior professionals from the U.S. Special Operations community. IRTT’s work is defined by discretion, sound operational judgment, and practical execution.
